1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Used beauty accessories
- Opened or worn products (e.g., face masks, body shapers)
- Items purchased under clearance or special discounts
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Share your Order ID, product images, and reason for return
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
If approved, we will guide you with the return or pickup process.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after product inspection
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
5. Replacement Policy
We offer free replacement in case of:
- Damaged product
- Wrong item delivered
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
7. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
