1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Used beauty accessories
  • Opened or worn products (e.g., face masks, body shapers)
  • Items purchased under clearance or special discounts

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your Order ID, product images, and reason for return
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

If approved, we will guide you with the return or pickup process.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

5. Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item delivered

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
